Gregory Chase a former student of the Lynch’s Secondary (Green Lynch). He was born in Sargent’s, Christ Church, Barbados, in the gem of the Caribbean.
In 1977, Gregg as he is affectionately called, joined his parents and siblings in the United States. In pursuit of his education, Greg lived in Dallas, and then in Scott’s Valley, Ca where he attended Bethany College and graduated with a B. S. Degree. Greg is also a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology.
Gregg is a committed, ambitious and self-directed individual who has been unswerving in all his endeavors, be work, church or other community activities. His effort to stimulate cooperation and a positive atmosphere is always evident in whatever he does. Every Friday, Gregg’s garage is the place to be if you want to play a game of dominoes – “Club Calypso,” he calls it.
As co-founder of the Barbados Association of Southern California, Gregg served as a Board member from 2014 to 2017 and is currently the Vice President. However, Gregg has earned a reputation as one of BASC Ensemble’s foremost actor, with appearance in “50 Years Aren’t 50 Days” where he aptly portrayed the role of Errol Barrow, Barbados First Prime Minister. His compelling stage presence is the result of the energy and exuberance which characterizes his performance.
Gregg enjoys sports and is a seasoned cricketer, having played for Santa Barbara Cricket Club, Pasadena Cricket Club, and the Dolphins. He is a long-time member of the Hollywood Golden Oldies Cricket Club, a traveling club, and has played cricket in South Africa, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Hawaii, Mexico City, Costa Rica, Sydney, and the famed Kensington Oval in Bridgetown. He is the current Secretary of the club.
Gregg is a man of the Spirit with a passion to lift the prophetic voice and declare the truth of the Reconciliation of all things which was spoken of by the prophets since the first age. He is a gifted teacher, and an able preacher

Gregg is a long-time employee of the Los Angeles County Department of children and Family Services, where is energies were primarily focused on keeping families together whenever possible, and reuniting them without delay, at the very earliest opportunity.
Gregg prides himself the most on being happily married. He and Correen, his supportive wife of 24 years, have two children, Kendall and Kaylan. He lives by scripture “To whom much is given much is required!”
